The best way to place your order if you are not in store is by getting in touch with us over WhatsApp.

We have someone ready to answer any questions you may have from 9am to 8.30pm all week long.

Here are some questions that we'll ask to start the process:

1. Is your bouquet for a special occasion?

Knowing this will guide the style of your floral arrangement, making sure that we put together something that send the right message.

2. Do you have a colour scheme in mind?

This is a really important step in the creative process. Do you want a multicoloured mix or a subtle white and green? Bold and moody reds, or soft and delicate pinks. Let us know your preference.

3. Are there any specific flowers you'd like to have included?

While some flowers are not available all year round, we will do our best to source the varieties you'd like. Feel free to send us some inspiration pics if you don't know the names of your favourite blooms.

4. What is your budget?

This is important as it'll guide the size of your arrangement and help us to put together the best possible bouquet for you?

5. Would you like to add a personalised note or gift?

We have cards available that we can write your persobalised note in and attach to your bouquet. And we also have a range of chocolates, candles and confectionery to make your gift extra special.

6. Will your bouquet need to be delivered?

We offer delivery in the greater Cape Town area for a minimal fee to cover our driver's time and petrol.

7. How would you like to pay?

If you'd like to pay in store you'd need to do so before we send out your order. And if we need to order any flowers specifically for you, you'll have to pay before we place that order. The easiest way to pay of course is via our Yoco payment link which we can send you via WhatsApp.
