Rooibos tea, with a history spanning over 300 years, is grown exclusively in the rugged Cederberg Mountains of South Africa’s Western Cape. A true South African staple, this naturally caffeine-free tea is celebrated not only for its rich flavour but also for its abundance of antioxidants and numerous health benefits.

Brewing instructions:
Espresso Machine: Add 17g-20g (2 heaped tbsp) to the portafilter. Do not tamp. Extract 60ml (12-15 sec).
AeroPress: Add 20g-30g (2-3 heaped tbsp), fill with boiled water, stir, and brew for 3 min.
Moka Pot: Fill filter basket, do not tamp. Seal and heat to brew.
For best results, ensure that your brewer is clean and free of coffee residues before brewing rooibos.
